LEANN RIMES - ONE CHRISTMAS - CHAPTER 1

"I made a Christmas record a long time ago, and this time, I decided I wanted to spread it out over three years so I didn’t have to stop making Christmas music. We had so much fun making this first EP. I tried to play around with it as far as things you don’t typically hear me do. A lot of the vocals sound very live, and it’s just really a cool piece of music. It’s very eclectic. It has a lot of soul, and it sounds really organic."– LeAnn Rimes

The singer and his legendary body of work will be celebrated with the Legacy Recordings release of The RCA Albums Collection. The collection will include CD-size reproductions of the covers, liner notes from Peter Cooper, and expanded notes about every album Milsap made during his history-making tenure on the label. "The idea that all the music I made for RCA will be available in one place thrills me," Milsap said in a statement. "It is my life's work. These songs, and the records I made are a big piece of who I am -- and the people who loved them.”

JOHN DENVER

JOHN DENVER - ALL OF MY MEMORIES: THE JOHN DENVER COLLECTION

John Denver will get the deluxe box-set treatment this fall. The four-CD ‘All of My Memories: The John Denver Collection’ will contain 90 songs spanning the entirety of the late singer's career, including six previously unreleased tracks. The tracks on ‘All My Memories’ draw from 31 albums and cover the years 1964, when he made a pair of demo recordings for Capitol Records, to 1997, the year of his death. In addition to the hits he regularly had on pop and country radio — like chart-toppers Annie's Song, Thank God I'm a Country Boy and I'm Sorry — they include live performances and promotional rarities, as well as limited-edition and private-pressing recordings. Six tracks have never seen commercial release.

THE DOOBIE BROTHERS

VARIOUS ARTISTS WITH THE DOOBIE BROTHERS - SOUTHBOUND

'Southbound’ mixes the reverence of a tribute album with the back-and-forth collaboration of a duets record, as the Doobies share vocals and trade instrumental duties on 12 new recordings of their own hits. Along with the cover art — a portrait of an empty bar illuminated by a jukebox, presumably stocked with Doobie Brothers hits — the album's premise is straightforward.  The upcoming album pairs the Doobie Brothers with some of Country music's biggest acts—Toby Keith, Sara Evans, Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton, Zac Brown Band and other Country collaborators. Each country artist takes the reins for one song, sharing vocal leads with one of the Doobie Brothers’ three front-men—Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald or Patrick Simmons—performing on the same album for the first time since 1976’s Takin’ It to the Streets. For even more fun, an all-star session band backing them up includes Vince Gill and Hunter Hayes who perform one song apiece…as guitar slingers rather than vocalists.

MADDIE AND TAE

MADDIE AND TAE - SELF-TITLED

Newcomers Maddie Marlow & Tae Dye are releasing their self-titled EP this month, and it includes their debut single ‘Girl in a Country Song,’ that had 7.1 million views of it’s video. The EP is a snapshot of the girls' lives. "We wanted to give fans four songs that are going to describe who we are as people and how normal we are," Tae explains. "We are just like everyone else, it's just that our jobs are a little bit different. We feel so blessed to put our personal stories in song. We want people to know that they're not alone in whatever they're going through."

GARTH BROOKS

GARTH BROOKS - MAN AGAINST MACHINE

The wait is finally over… Brooks’ eagerly awaited ninth studio album will hit stores this month. Powered by the first single, “People Loving People,” it’s Brooks’ first studio record in over 13 years. “It is a remarkable feeling to be making music again,” Brooks said, “I guess I really didn’t realize how much I missed it!” The launch will also mark the first time Brooks’ music has been available to buy digitally. The fall release will also be available on physical CD. “There’ll be a bunch of music,” the ten-time Entertainer of the Year smiled, “We’ve been gone a long time, so there is a lot to sing about!”

JEFF BATES

JEFF BATES - ME AND CONWAY

Bates, a huge Conway Twitty fan, has a new record simply titled, Me and Conway. The collection includes six original tunes, as well as six Conway Twitty classics, including some possible duets. “My fans have screamed for years for me to record some Conway Twitty songs,” Bates says.
“As an artist, I have certain goals at this point in my life, and that is to make the music that I want to make, without anybody saying it needs to be this way or you should do this,” says Bates. “I know I have the best fans in the world. They’ve been loyal, and they’ve been with me through thick and thin. I know what they ask for and what they want to hear, so I want to make that kind of music. I want to make music that I’m proud of – just once – without it being filtered through everybody else’s creative mind.”

ZAC BROWN BAND - GREATEST HITS SO FAR

Zac Brown Band have announced their very first career anthology, appropriately titled ‘Greatest Hits So Far'—a 14-track recording of the group’s biggest hits to date. And since ZBB isn’t showing any signs of stopping as of now, there is likely to be a Volume 2. The album includes all 11 of the group’s No. 1 country singles, including ‘Chicken Fried’ — which made them famous — and ‘Sweet Annie,’ in addition to ‘As She’s Walking Away’ (featuring Alan Jackson), ‘Knee Deep’ (featuring Jimmy Buffett) and ‘Jump Right In.’

TRISHA YEARWOOD

TRISHA YEARWOOD - PRIZEFIGHTER: HIT AFTER HIT

Yearwood’s twelfth album features ten of her biggest hits along with six new songs, including the title track, ‘PrizeFighter' featuring Kelly Clarkson.
“The album's called 'PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit’ because in life, you're going to throw some punches and you’re going to take some, but it’s the entire fight that defines who you are,” said Yearwood. The album cover features Trisha in a glowing gown and tiara, sporting a pair of boxing gloves given to her by none other than Rocky himself. A gift to the country star from Sylvester Stallone, the gloves were worn during filming of Rocky V.

SARA EVANS

SARA EVANS - AT CHRISTMAS

Sara Evans is doing her part to spread holiday cheer and will release her new album, ‘At Christmas', in November.
“It was kind of crazy, but my label just actually said that they wanted me to do a Christmas album this year,” she said. Sara recorded some of her holiday favorites, including ‘Silent Night,’ ‘Winter Wonderland' and 'O Come All Ye Faithful,' along with a rendition of 'The 12 Days of Christmas’ that includes guest vocals by two of her children, daughters Olivia, 12, and Audrey, 10. “I didn’t have a lot of time to stress over it, and be OCD about it, so it seemed like it flowed so well, and everything just came together perfectly,” she adds.
