Josh Turner Kicks Off Songwriter Concert Series |

 The Nashville Songwriters Association International kicked off its "It All Begins With a Song" performance series Wednesday night at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville with an acoustic set by songsmith Josh Turner. Turner spoke about his writing process and brought some other writers onstage with him including Josh Anderson, Shawn Camp and Pat McLaughlin. Turner was also awarded a lifetime membership to the not-for-profit organization before continuing his performance with his full band. The set included hits like "Firecracker," "Long Black Train" and "Me and God."
The NSAI is an association that pushes for the intellectual property rights of its members.
