| Kellie Pickler Meets Her Own 'Idol' |

 Kellie Pickler came face to face with her own American Idol last week when she shared the bill of the Havelock Country Jamboree in Canada with Loretta Lynn. Pickler has been a life-long fan of the country legend and tells the country website, The Boot, that meeting Lynn was everything she could have hoped for."She's so personable, and so real! I think it's really cool when you meet someone you're a fan of, especially when you've followed their career and bought their records, and had their posters on your wall and worn their t-shirts." Pickler says she learned a lot from watching Lynn onstage. "Being able to sit on the side of the stage and watch Loretta's show, I just learned so much. It's not about all the bells and whistles, it's just her, and her band, and her songs," said Pickler. "When I met Loretta... when I sat on the side of the stage and watched her sing, I fell in love with it all over again. When I think it doesn't get any better than this, damned if it doesn't!" |
